I had the most amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, accommodating all of my requests. The suite I stayed in was absolutely beautiful, and the view from the hotel and my room was breathtaking. The hotel spaces were elegant and the facilities were excellent. I especially loved sitting on the balcony for hours, watching the river and the boats sail by. The breakfast selection was delicious, with a variety of international and Egyptian food. The staff, including Monsieur Hossam Ahmed, Mariam Ataf, Monsieur Abdelaziz, Monsieur Mostafa, Monica. And not to forget the amazing staff and therapists at the spa. this was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in!
Nothing that I didn't like.

I recently stayed at the Sofitel in Aswan for 2-3 days and it was an incredible experience. The view of the Nile from the suite was amazing and the hotel itself is steeped in history. Despite its historical charm, the amenities are modern and up-to-date. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, and the staff were all very professional and well-trained. The hotel truly felt like a hidden gem and the service level was world-class. Highly recommended.
Would recommend this hotel.
